1. Sellable items obtained in Fate events are not LS property. They belong to those whom have received them. Items obtained through popped NMs (Golden-Tongued Culberry, Gration, et al) once obtained shall not be run again for that member. In extreme cases (Kirin's Osode et al) the sale of an item obtained through the linkshell is grounds for removal from Fate.

2. Items obtained through the linkshell (such as a Noble's Tunic crafted from a shining cloth obtained at a sanctioned Kirin) may be traded back to the linkshell for their current point value. In the case you choose to do so and the current price is lowered from the purchase price leaders may use their discretion to deem the circumstance worthy of a refund equal to the purchase price, but they do not have to.

3. Items obtained at a sanctioned and designated "Your Orb Your Loot" KS99 will not be accountable to these regulations.
