1. Teams shall be made from those who are registered on the calendar at least sixty minutes before a sanctioned event as circumstances allow, so that members may have ample time to gear up the job on which they are needed.

2. Updated points lists shall be maintained.

3. In the spirit of transparency and accountability, the linkshell mule's contents shall be made known to the membership, that they may understand monetary decisions made about themselves or the linkshell funds.

4. The schedule for the following week (Week defined as MON through SUN) shall be posted on the linkshell forums by 12:01AM EST Saturday of the preceding week.

5. Recruit's applications shall be discussed within 48 hours of posting, and a decision made. Many good people apply to a couple linkshells, and it is in our best interests to act quickly and decisively.

6. For the sake of unequivocalness, it is the responsibility of the leaders to represent the linkshell in the best possible light, as our reputation with other linkshells and on the server in general can either entice people to apply and strengthen the linkshell, or repel people whom we might desire thusly weakening the linkshell. However it is not impossible in the least for a leader to make a mistake or a call of bad judgment. All members may approach leaders privately about such matters, we wish to resolve them not simmer about them in silent displeasure.
