1. All sanctioned and non-sanctioned events may be arranged and/or announced on the forum and/or the linkshell message. A sanctioned Fate event is defined by its place on the official schedule for the week. If at any time we have a time of death for an HNM and wish to camp before or in place of an already sanctioned event , that camp may also become a sanctioned event.

2. Any member who needs to complete a mission will be responsible for organizing the event themselves. There are many members within the linkshell that have done that particular mission and will be able to give aid, whether it be through advice or actual attendance at the mission, or both.

3. No non-sanctioned event shall conflict with any sanctioned event. If a sanctioned event should be canceled due to lack of sign ups, any members who have not signed up for the event and are participating in a non-sanctioned event, or any manner of being online without plans for logging in the immediate future, during the same time frame may be subject to a points penalty equal to the max granted for that event.

4. Leaders' instructions are expected to be followed at every event. All rules and regulations stated for the event in question shall also be followed at all times. Not following any of the above may result in loss of lotting status, or received points. Other extreme cases may also be subject to penalty at the leaders' discretion.

     4i. (The Ever Present "Clause") If failure by a member or members to act according to all linkshell rules, regulations and common sense should cause any sort of undesirable outcome or consequence, the leaders shall not be held accountable for the actions or lack thereof of said member or members. They may however be dealt with accordingly, including but not limited to revocation of possible points conferred for the run, lotting status, and anything else the leaders deem appropriate.
