1. AF upgrade materials will follow a rotating free lot system and will not be subject to a points cost. To have lotting rights on any AF upgrade materials intentions must be posted on the corresponding Limbus zone thread. When all names for a particular job's "Wants" list have been transferred to it's "Haves" list then the list may be reset and all those who obtained the item will be able to lot again. If any person on the "Wants" is present any person on the "Haves" may not against them regardless of whether the item in question is still waiting to be used, or has been used to upgrade an equipment article. If no one on the "Wants" list is in attendance a member on the "Haves" list who has already used the item in question may then lot.

     1i. These rules count during days when multiple runs are done in the same zone. If a member on the "Wants" list is on the other team this person must be informed and if possible in the circumstances given time to switch alliances to cast lots on the item, regardless of the number of members on the "Wants" list on the current team. Purposeful failure to do so if caught will be grounds for a verbal reprimand.

2. Purposeful failure to inform leaders of inaccuracies or mistakes in the "Wants" and "Haves" list if caught will be subject to verbal and/or lotting status reprimand.
