1. Fate is a linkshell based on friendship within which one may achieve end-game goals in a comfortable environment. Being abusive to others, to leaders, or to the system, on a consistent basis will be grounds for removal. Have fun, but always be aware of the consequences to both oneself and the linkshell as a whole of both text based misunderstandings, and purposeful insolence.

2. Tactics, strategies and ToDs obtained about any God, NM or HNM in Fate is to be kept within Fate. There shall be no discussion outside of the linkshell in regards to what we are fighting, what we are planning to fight, or how we are planning to fight it.

3. Taking linkshell events seriously enough to be respectful and achieve the desired goal is expected of all members at all times, as is showing respect to all other members, leaders, and the system. As such, entering into any activity with another linkshell that is encompassed within the point system will be considered grounds for removal. Exceptions: off-time farming of pop items. Undue mischief during events will be grounds for a verbal reprimand. At the moment there is no rule against a separate social LS but this issue may be addressed if it becomes any sort of issue in the future.

4. We ask that you represent the LS in a manner suitable to a respectable linkshell within the Diabolos community. This includes but is not limited to, refraining from trash-talking, accusations of botting, and other disrespectful actions towards another linkshell as a whole outside of LS chat and private forums. Sinking to a level of immature insults between a competing LS in any situation will be grounds for a verbal reprimand.

5. If you are not having fun, work with the leaders to find a solution. This charter is designed to prevent unwanted situations because the most important thing for any linkshell is for all of it's members to be happy! Healthy communication is the key to our continual joint success.

    5i. Official full member Linkshell meetings shall be called as necessary to speed the transfer of thoughts and ideas between members and leaders, as well as to address recent issues or proposed ideas. Anyone may request a linkshell wide, or specific meeting to resolve issues or give suggestions- in game, on vent, or both if they feel it is explicitly necessary. The leaders will take this request into consideration on how to handle any pertinent matters.

6. In any EXTREME or undefined situation it is up to all leaders discretion how to handle the matter at hand, and it will thenceforth be discussed and amended into the MANDATE OF FATE.
